Kelsey Hake
Skin Care Specialist
For over 27 years, Kelsey has provided professional skin guidance to her clientele. Kelsey has helped thousands of patients with professional skincare treatments, skin care knowledge, and skincare products that they can use throughout their life. She has excelled in her field by creating excellent rapport with her patients, staff, and product representatives.
Kelsey’s expertise is everything skin. She has extensive knowledge about different skin care products and what combination of products will be best for your unique skin. She is experienced in all aspects of skin rejuvenation ranging from microdermabrasion and chemical peels, to the advanced RF Microneedling (Vivace) and skin resurfacing procedures (Tixel) with use of Exosomes. Kelsey has extensive experience with our Harmony XL laser, having performed thousands of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments and laser hair removal procedures in her career. She is certified in every service she provides.

Monica Grimaud, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector
Monica graduated from Loyola’s nursing program with a BSN in 2003 and went into working in the medical intensive care unit for her first 8 ½ years as a nurse, building on her critical thinking skills and attention to detail. She then moved into the world of Otolaryngology (ENT)/Facial Plastics as her family grew. While there, she was mentored by a facial plastic surgeon and a nurse injector who shared their years of expertise of injecting to transition her into an expert nurse injector, the role that she absolutely loves.
Monica’s professional goal is to provide outstanding and compassionate care. She will discuss your treatment goals and expectations with you, and then work with you to develop a treatment plan that is truly personalized for you.
Monica values building a trustworthy relationship with her patients, giving you the most natural results possible. Her priority is to make you look and feel beautiful, enhancing your own individual facial structure. Monica uses her skills by injecting Botox, Dysport, Dermal filler, and Sculptra, and loves natural treatment procedures including SkinPen, Vivace RF Microneedling, laser treatments, and PRP injections.
Alicia Timmers, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector
Alicia has had a passion for skin since she was 15 years old, and absolutely loves being a nurse injector. She started her career as an esthetician in 2007, and then went to nursing school to earn her RN, BSN degree. She pursued her love of skin and began working alongside a plastic surgeon in 2014. Through this training, she developed a deep understanding of facial anatomy in order to perform treatments safely and expertly. Alicia learned about many treatment options and different injection techniques, and uses her expertise to help each unique patient.
Alicia loves getting to know her patients and developing a trusting relationship with them. She wants to help you enhance your natural beauty so you can look and feel your best. She loves teaching people about good skin care, and wants to help you with this too.
Alicia takes her time with patients and you will not feel rushed. She will develop a customized treatment plan for you to help you reach your aesthetic goals. She specializes in facial injections (Botox, Dysport, Dermal fillers, Sculptra), and Advanced skin rejuvenation techniques such as SkinPen Microneedling, Vivace RF Microneedling, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections, and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) laser procedures.
Elyse Erlich, MD
Medical Director
Dr Erlich is the Medical Director and Manager at Aesthetics at WomanCare MedSpa. She oversees all aspects of the MedSpa and personally reviews every treatment plan for every patient.
