Late Arrival Policy
We value and respect your time and we do our absolute best to stay on schedule.
In order to avoid delaying patients who are booked after your appointment, arrival after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment may affect the allotted time of your service.
We will make every effort to accommodate you for your full planned treatment, but this may not always be possible due to time constraints for the next scheduled appointment. If you are scheduled for a short service and there is not adequate time for your scheduled treatment, your appointment may need to be cancelled and re-scheduled.
In the event you are 15 or more minutes late and your appointment needs to be cancelled and rescheduled due to time constraints, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged. If the treatment is part of a package, one of the services in the package will be deducted from the total remaining services in the package as the cancellation fee.
We understand that many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, construction, and weather… etc, but we ask you to please plan ahead and allow plenty of time to arrive on time.
Cancellation Policy
Length of appointments range from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length. We kindly ask that you give us plenty of notice if you need to re-schedule your appointment.

For cancellations with more than a 48-hour notice, there will be no cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy with less than 48 hours notice
- For cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice, there will be a $100 non-refundable fee.
- If the treatment you are cancelling is part of a package, one of the services in the package will be deducted from the total remaining services in the package as the cancellation fee.
“No Show” Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, there will be a $100 non-refundable fee.
- If the treatment you did not show up for is part of a package, one of the services in the package will be deducted from the total remaining services in the package as the cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Service Refunds
All procedures will be done with great care, but results of aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed. Therefore, once a service has been performed, there are no refunds for that service.
Once you have purchased a service or a package, you may receive the full balance of unused services within 90 days of purchase.
After 90 days the used services that have been rendered will be deducted from the purchase price of the package, and the remaining balance will be issued as a MedSpa credit. This credit may be transferred to another patient as a gift from you. This MedSpa credit will expire one year from purchase of the service.
If services are purchased with Care Credit, there are no refunds. However, you may apply your MedSpa credit to another service.
Product Refunds
Skin care products can be returned in the following cases:
- Products must be unused in the original packaging without significant visual damage or usage
- Must have original receipt
- Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made
- No refunds are accepted if products were purchased with Care Credit
- Latisse cannot be returned if opened
